摘　　要：通过对零能耗建筑——中新天津生态城公屋展示中心项目的介绍,探讨零能耗建筑实现的相关技术,并着重分析光伏发电系统、微网系统、能耗计算、能耗控制以及绿色建筑标准在零能耗建筑中应用的内容。Through the project introduction of the zero-energy buildings the Exhibition Center Public Housing of Singapore Tianjin Eco City, the paper discusses the relevant zero-energy building techniques, and analyzes the photovoltaic power generation system, microgrid, energy consumption calculation, energy control and application of green building standards.
