摘  要:目的:研究肿瘤坏死子因子-α(TNF-α)在人体的生理及病理作用。方法:用放射免疫分析法测定正常人及病人血清TNF-α值,并对各组值进行比较分析。结果:①不同年龄正常人之间血清TNF-α值有明显差异(p<0.01);②患者血清TNF-α值均显著高于相应对照组(p<0.01),但成人患者又显著低于新生儿和儿童患者(p<0.01);③脑血管病患者血清TNF-α值高于其它患者组,并且在治疗后血清TNF-α值有明显下降。结论:①血清TNF-α值可作为肿瘤、感染、脑血管病等疾病的一种检测指标;②TNF-α在人体中有重要的生理及病理作用,值得进一步深入研究。To investigate the physiologic and pathologic roles of TNF-αin human. Methods: Serum TNF-αlevels in normal controls and in patients were determined with radioimmunoassay. Re Suits:(1)There were significant differences among the serum concentrations of TNF-α in normal subjects of different age groups ; (2)Serum concentrations of TNF-α in patients were significantly higher than those in normal subjects (p<0.0l) and was much lower in adults than those in children and neonates (p < 0.01); (3)Serum concentrations of TNF-α in patient with cerebral vascular diseases were higher than those with other diseases and lowered significantly after treatment. Conclusions: (1)RIA of TNF-α is useful for the investigation and diagnosis of many diseases Such as malignancy, infection and cerebral vascular accidents;(2)Physiologic and pathologic roles of TNF-α in human deserves Futrher Study.
