摘　　要：随着信息化时代的来临,如何在开放的网络环境下实现信息的保密性、完整性、可控性是信息安全研究领域上的重要问题。文章提出了基于椭圆曲线密码公钥体制(ECC)的XML盲签名方案,并将该方案应用在自主招生系统的设计中,使整个系统不但能更安全地运行,而且能实现在招生录取过程中的公正、公平。With the arrival of information age,how to realize information confidentiality,integrity and controllability in an open network environment has been an important issue in the field of information security.The paper introduces an XML blind signature scheme of public key system based on elliptic curve cryptosystems（ECC） that has been applied in the self-admission system,not only making the system run more securely,but also realizing the fair and equitable in the process of admission.
