摘　　要：从城市管理的实际需求出发,结合当前的信息技术,设计和实践了一个大型城市区级综合管理系统。描述了该系统的总体构架、软件功能、信息共享机制和业务协同模式。实践证明,提出和实践的系统平台能够很好地实现已有系统的集成与整合应用。The article sets off from practical demands for city management.By integrating present information technologies,it designs and exercises a municipality district level comprehensive management system.It describes the system architecture,software functions,information sharing mechanism as well as business collaboration pattern.Practices prove that the system platform proposed in the article can well implement the integration and integrated application for existing systems.
