摘 要:模拟特定的生态系统在自然状态下的演变过程,并对其在固定时间段后的发展进行预测是计算机应用技术中研究的热点。当前模拟孤岛生态系统演化的难点是计算量极大,需耗费大量的时间和资源。通过使用细胞自动机原理为孤岛生态系统演化建立了数学模型,运用OpenMPI并行编程设计和实现了模拟系统的并行化。将孤岛生态系统演化模拟系统的并行和串行方法的实验结果进行对比,发现并行设计可显著地提高资源利用率并降低计算时间。Simulating evolution process of specific ecosystem in natural state and evaluating its future development in specific interval are the focuses in computer application technology research.Currently,there is great difficulty in the simulation of island ecosystem evolving with regard to huge amount of calculation which costs a lot of time and resources.Through using cellular automata theory the mathematical model of island ecosystem evolution is established.By OpenMPI parallel programming,the parallelisation of simulation system is designed and implemented.With the comparison of the experimental results between the parallel and serial methods of the simulation system,it is found that the parallel design can significantly improve the resource utilisation and reduce computing time.
