摘　　要：基于主成分的绩效分析方法在现实的医院绩效评价中会丢失数据所包含的重要的非线性信息。应用流形学习算法构建医院绩效评价的非线性模型,有效地解决医院绩效评价多样性数据的拟合问题。算例分析表明流形学习算法在医院员工绩效评价中具有一定的有效性和应用价值。Main-ingredient-based performance analysis method may lose important non-linear information contained in data when applied to real hospital performance evaluation.The article applies manifest learning algorithm to establish a non-linear model for hospital performance evaluation that effectively solves the fitting issue of diversified data in hospital performance evaluation.An example analysis shows that manifold learning algorithm is moderately valid and feasible for hospital staff performance evaluation.
