中药桃胶涂膜在大鼠Ⅱ度烧伤创面治疗中的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药桃胶涂膜对大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合的疗效及作用机制。方法:SD大鼠随机分组,制备背部皮肤圆形深Ⅱ度创面,直径4 cm,分别外用桃胶涂膜,磺胺嘧啶银糊和湿润烧伤膏,观察创面愈合情况。记录48小时内创面血流改变并取创面组织进行含水量测定,取不同时相的创面组织行羟脯氨酸(OHP)、白介素(IL)6/8含量测定及细胞DNA周期分析。比较创面愈合时间及愈合率并行组织病理学检查。结果:外用桃胶涂膜使创面结痂早,消肿快,愈合时间短,无感染迹象。血流、含水量、OHP、细胞DNA周期测定显示桃胶涂膜能改善创面微循环,促进创面细胞繁殖和胶原增生。IL6和IL8测定显示减少感染及瘢痕增生。病理形态学发现桃胶涂膜促进附件功能恢复及创面皮肤的分化。结论:中药桃胶涂膜具有促进大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合的作用。Objective： To investigate the effects and mechanism of Chinese medicine of prunus persica film in deep Ⅱ degree burn rats. Methods： SD rats were divided into three groups randomly. One deep Ⅱ degree circular skin wounds with a diameter of 4cm were prepared in the back of these rats and were treated respectively with Chinese medicine of prunus persica film, silver sulfadiazine paste and moist ointment. The healing of the wounds was observed. The blood flow of wound was recorded within 48 hours and some wound tissue was taken for water content each groupo The wound tissue samples were collected at different phases for the content of hydroxyproline （ OHP）, interleukin （IL） 6/8 and cellular DNA cycle detection. Compare with the healing time and healing rate between those groups. Samples were taken for histopathological examination, o orl ring together, Results： The application of Chinese medicine of prunus persica film scabbed early, reduced the swelling fast, and shortened the healing time of the wound with no infection. Blood flow, water content, hydroxyproline and DNA cycle showed that Chinese medicine of prunus persica film can promote mierocireulation, cell proliferation and collagen hyperplasy. Also interleukin （IL） 6/8 determination showed that it can reduce scar and infection. Pathological examination showed that Chinese medicine of prunus persica film promoted the recovery of skin attachmentand the differentiation of skin. Conclusion： Chinese medicine of prunus persica film promoted the healing progress of bum wound.
