碘伏和紫草油在聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变中疗效的对比观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨碘伏和紫草油在聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病后会阴水肿的护理效果,总结有效的护理方法。方法:将我院2008年—2010年收治的聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变病员,随机分成两组,一组为碘伏组,一组为紫草油组,观察聚焦超声治疗后会阴水肿消退所用时间。结果:碘伏组病员会阴水肿消退所用时间明显比紫草油组病员短,差别具有统计学意义。结论:碘伏在聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变中会阴水肿消退快,效果明显优于紫草油。Objective： To investigate the nursing effection of iodophor and gromwell oil in focused ultrasound therapy in progenital white lesion. Method： the patients with progenital white lesion were collected in our hospital from 2008 to 2010, these patients were divided into two groups at random, the control group received gromwell therapy while the treatment group received iodophor therapy. The regression time about perineal edema after focused ultrasound were recorded. Result： the time in iodophor group is shorter than gromwell group, and the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion ： iodophor＇ s therapy is better than the gromwell ＇ s in nursing of perineal edema after focused ultrasound therapy in patients with progenital white lesion.
