摘　　要：目的探讨金属钛网颅骨修补术后感染的预防措施。方法对2000年1月-2008年1月收治的56例金属钛网颅骨修补术患者进行回顾性分析。结果 56金属钛网颅骨修补术例患者,无一例发生术后感染,感染率为0,术后效果满意。结论正确选择手术患者,术中选用适当的方法,严格无菌操作,术后合理使用抗菌药物,能有效地预防术后感染。OBJECTIVE To investigate the infection prevention in patients who underwent cranioplasty with titanium alloy mesh.METHODS A total of 56 patients in our department from 2000 to 2008 treated by cranioplasty with titanium alloy mesh were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS No infection case appeared in all case,and excellent effect was achieved.CONCLUSION The infection after cranioplasty with titanium alloy mesh can be avoided effectively because of the choosing of appropriate patients,the strict sterile operation and the rational application of antibiotics.
