摘　　要：目的了解贵州省医疗机构血液透析室医院感染管理工作现状。方法设置调查表对贵州省医疗机构血液透析室医院感染管理工作进行调查。结果共22所医院参加完成了调查,贵州省大部分医院的血液透析室医院感染管理仍存在许多问题。结论医院感染管理是透析安全和医疗质量的重要保障,贵州省仍有部分医院的血液透析室监测不规范,必须给予基础设施、专业队伍的建设、科室职能等方面足够的重视,进一步规范血液透析室管理,以保证患者血液透析安全。OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of nosocomial infection management for hemodialysis department in GuiZhou province.METHODS Surveys were made by means of questionnaires on the situation of nosocomial infection management for hemodialysis department in GuiZhou province.RESULTS There were 22 hospitals taken part in the surveys.The nosocomial infection management systems for hemodialysis department still have many problems in lots of hospitals in our province.CONCLUSION Nosocomial infection management for hemodialysis is an important guarantee of medical security and quality control.However,the bulk of hospitals had not adequate monitored the function of hemodialysis department.In order to promote the development of the hemodialysis department management to be more perfect,basic facilities,professional troops,and administrative function should give enough reconstruction and construction.
