普外科围手术期抗菌药物使用调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解普外科围手术期抗菌药物使用现状,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物,控制手术切口感染。方法对普外科围手术期抗菌药物的使用进行目标性监测的同时,分别对2009年5月和2010年5月出院的手术患者893例使用抗菌药物情况进行回顾性调查,对其使用合理性进行评价,统计分析调查结果。结果 2009年5月围手术期抗菌药物使用率97.93%,切口感染率1.55%;2010年5月围手术期抗菌药物使用率98.61%,切口感染率4.35%。结论普外科抗菌药物不合理应用现象较为严重,亟待加强管理。OBJECTIVE To explore the situation of perioperative antibiotic in general surgery,in order to put forward a practical project for rational usage of antibiotics and effectively control nosocomial infection.METHODS The usage of perioperative antibiotic of 893 surgical patients were retrospective analysed in May in 2009 and 2010.RESULTS The rate of perioperative antibiotic usage was 97.93% in May 2009.The rate of surgical infection was 1.55%;The rate of perioperative antibiotic usage was 98.61% in May 2010.The rate of surgical infection was 4.35%.CONCLUSION The rate of irrational antibiotics usage is high in general surgery.The management of the rational use of the antibiotics should be improved.
