摘　　要：目的　探讨食管内支架置放术治疗食管良恶性狭窄 (及 )合并食管瘘的临床意义。方法　用Savary扩张器对狭窄段食管扩张后 ,在胃镜监视下置放NiTi记忆合金内支架支撑狭窄段。合并食管瘘者 ,用带膜支架 ,使瘘口与食管腔隔开。结果　 60例全部成功 ,手术过程无严重并发症 ,扩张后食管直径均大于 15mm ,吞咽困难改善程度 :显效率 82 % ( 4 9/ 60 ) ,痊愈率 18% ( 11/ 60 ) ,总有效率 10 0 %。结论　食管内支架置放术是治疗食管良恶性狭窄 (及 )合并食管瘘安全有效的方法 ,达到提高生活质量 ,延长寿命 ,为进一步治疗创造条件的目的。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of expandable esophagealstentin the treatment of benig normalignant esophagealstricture complicated with sophagobronchial fistulae.Methods Afterdilated with Savary dilator,NiTi expandable metallicstent was placedunder gastroscopicguidance.Membraned stents were used for those complicated with sophagobronchial fistulae.Results All60 cases under wentthe procedure successfully.Nosevere complications were observed.Diameters of thes trictured were all more than 15 mmafter the procedure.Dy sphagia was improved with animprovemen trate of 82%(49/60),acurerate of 18%(11/60),and atotaleffective rate of 100%.Conclusion Expandable metallicstent implantationis safe andeffectivein the treatment of esophag eal stricture,either benignor malignant,even with esophageal fistulae.Ithelpstoimprove quality of life,topro long survival,and tocreateopportunit yfor fur ther treatment.
