微型钢板在治疗桡骨头MasonⅡ、Ⅲ型骨折中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的应用微型钢板固定治疗MasonⅡ、Ⅲ型桡骨头骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2008年9月至2010年8月间收治的7例桡骨头MasonⅡ、Ⅲ型骨折的临床资料,采用切开复位微型钢板内固定方法治疗。结果骨折均Ⅰ期愈合,无手术切口感染、无内固定松动等发生,按照Broberg和Morrey肘关节功能评分标准评估,优2例,良3例,一般1例。结论使用微型钢板治疗桡骨头MasonⅡ、Ⅲ型骨折固定可靠、使用简便且预后较好。Objective Mini-plate fixation of Mason Ⅱ,Ⅲ type of radial head fracture efficacy.Methods A retrospective analysis from September 2008 to August 2010 of 7 cases treated between the radial head Mason Ⅱ,Ⅲ clinical fractures by open reduction and miniplate internal fixation.Results Fractures healed without surgical incision infection,loosening of internal fixation occurred,according to Broberg and Morrey elbow score standard evaluation,excellent in 2 cases,good in 3 cases,fair in 1 case.Conclusion The use of micro-plate for treatment of radial head Mason Ⅱ,Ⅲ fracture fixation,reliable,easy to use and better prognosis.
