摘 要:考察矸石基聚硅铝铁絮凝剂(PAFSi)与阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(PAM+)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)复合体系在胜利油田钻井废水处理中的应用效果,利用正交试验设计优化其最佳配比,通过测定体系的透光率和化学需氧量(COD),考察不同投药体系对胜利钻井废水的处理能力,利用显微镜测定絮凝体的形态,并对其结构特征进行分析。结果表明:矸石基聚硅铝铁絮凝剂与PAM+、CTAB之间存在明显的协同效应,效果优于聚合氯化铝与PAM+、CTAB的复配体系;聚硅铝铁为3 mL、PAM+质量分数为0.05%、CTAB质量分数为0.2%时,对胜利油田钻井废水具有最佳处理效果,COD去除率达到97%。The treatment of Shengli Oilfield drilling waste water by the composite flocculant aluminum ferric polysilicate(made from coal gauge)-PAM+-CTAB was studied,and the orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the ratio of the component.The measurement of the transmittance and chemical oxide demand(COD) with different component of the composite flocculant was used to study the efficiency of the waste water treatment.The morphology of the flock was studied by using microscope,and its structure characteristics were analyzed.The results show that there exists synergism among the coal gauge flocculant aluminum ferric pdysilicata,moreover the waste water treatment efficiency was improved obviously by using the composite flocculant of the aluminum ferric polysilicate-PAM+-CTAB compared with the composite of PAC-PAM+-CTAB.The optimium is aluminum ferric polysilicate of 3 mL,PAM+with mass fraction of 0.05%,CTAB with mass fraction of 0.2%,and the removal of the COD is 97%.
