摘  要:观察在纤维中纺入无机超细粉粒,能释放出远红外线的新型医用功能敷料对微循环和创面愈合的效应。方法:用显微电视微循环观察系统、红细胞跟踪仪、电视测微仪测定新型功能敷料作用前后大鼠微循环血流的变化,用病理切片光镜观察新型功能敷料对家兔切割创面愈合的效应。结果:1层、3层、5层新型功能纱布作用大鼠肠系膜20min,分别使微动脉血流量增加51.7%±8.1%、92.1%±9.1%、92.7%±9.6%,它显著高于普通纱布对照组的的0.5%±9.6%(P<0.01)。用功能纱布一侧的家兔切割创面,其水肿、白细胞浸润和渗出物均比普通纱布覆盖的另一侧创面要轻微。伤后5天功能纱布组创面表皮已完全修复平坦,而对照一侧尚未完全修复。结论:新型功能敷料能显微改善微循环,并有加速创伤愈合的特殊效应。To observe the effect of a novel function medical dressing onthe mictocirculation and wound healing. Method: The change of blood flow(BF) in rat microvessels is measured with a colour microcirculatory TV set, aRBC velocity tracking correlator, and a video microscaler. The effect of noveldressing on rabbit wound healing is observed in histologic section with light microscope. Results: The BF of arteriole is inereased by 51. 7% ±8. 1 %,92.1 % ±9.1 %, and 92. 7%±9. 6% in 1, 3, and 5 layers of novel gauzegroup respectively 20 min after putting the gauze on the rat mesentary surface,which significantly higher than 0. 5%± 0. 1 % of common gauze group(P<0. 0 1 ). The edema, neutrophil infiltration and exudate of excision wound treated with novel dressing in one side of rabbit buttock are apparenthy mild thanthose in the other side wound treated with common gauze. The wound is cornpletely repaired b day after treatment in novel gauze side, while the wound isnot completely recovered in common gauze side. Conclusions: The novel medicaf dressing can signiticantly improve miorocirculation and promote wound heallug.
