摘 要:探讨硫酸腺瞟呤心脏预处理的方法、效应。方法:采用雄性SD大鼠32只,分为4组,即假手术对照组(SC)、缺血再灌组(I/R)、经典缺血预处理组(IPC+I/R)、硫酸腺瞟呤预处理组(ASPC+I/R)。通过监测心肌梗塞面积、心功能和心脏胶原的变化评估预处理效应。结果:IPC+I/R、ASPC+I/R与I/R组相比较,均能明显缩小梗塞面积(P<0.01),改善左心室功能(P<0.01),使心脏胶原保存良好。结论:大鼠心脏硫酸腺瞟呤预处理能复制出与经典缺血预处理相类似的效应,其机制似与扩张冠状动脉、改善微循环有关。The study aimed at exploring of changes in infarct size andheart function and cardiac collagen in heart of rats by adenine sulphate precondinoning. Methods: 32 male SD rats were divided into 4 groups, they weresham-operation control group (SC group ), ischemic/ reperfusion group (1/ Rgroup ). ischemic preconditioning(IPC) + I/R group, adenine sulphate preconditioning(ASPC) + I/R group. It tried to demonstrate the methods and effect ofpreconditioning by infaret size and heart function, and to explore the changes ininfarct size and heart function and cardiac collagen. Results: The resultsshowed that IPC and ASPC+ I/R group could reduce infarct size and preservecardiac collagen well. Conclusions: The data suasested that exogenous ASPC+I/R group showed the effects of preconditioning which was similar to IPC. itsmechanism seems to relate to expend coronary artery and improve microcirculation.
