摘 要:应用自动电子计时毛细管粘度计和核孔滤膜红细胞变形能力测定仪,分别对40例鱼肝油治疗前后病人的血粘度等及30例鱼肝油体外实验组病人的红细胞变形能力进行了测定和对比研究。探讨鱼肝油在体内对红细胞压积、全血粘度、还原粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞变形能力和在体外对红细胞变形能力的影响。结果发现,鱼肝油有明显降低血粘度和改善红细胞变形能力等作用。其机制可能因红细胞磷脂中计碳五烯酸(EPA)含量增多,使红细胞膜更富有弹性,从而使血粘度降低。The study aimed to determine the effect of cod liver oil on HCT. wholeblood viscosity. reduction viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte deformability in vivo and on erythrocyte deformability in vitro. The blood viscosity in10 patients before and after treatment, the effect of cod liver oil on erythrocytedeformability in vitro were oberved respectively using capilary viscesimetry andDXC--300 erythrocyte deformabiliiy device. The resulls showed that cud liveroil could significantly reduce the blood viscosity and improve the erythrocyte deformability. The improved elastisity associated with the elevated EPA in the ery-throcyte phospholipid was considered attributable to the reduction of blood viscosity.
