摘　　要：电网在电力工业运行中处于枢纽和中介地位，是国民经济的重要组成部分，自然垄断性决定了电网建设具有范围经济性、规模经济性，根据乘数效应，对电网的投资将带动相关产业的发展，智能电网投资建设将在扩内需、调结构和促发展方面发挥重要作用。Power grid occupies a hub and intermediary position in the operation of power industry, and is an important component of national economy. Its natural monopoly determines its scope economics and scale economics. According to multiplier effect, the investment in power grid will lead to the development of other relevant industries. Its construction will play an important role in expanding domestic demands, restructuring industrial structures and promoting development.
