摘　　要：目的:探索"五常法"在医用耗材管理中的应用效果。方法:在医用耗材仓库成立"五常法"工作小组,将常组织、常整顿、常清洁、常规范、常自律运用于医用耗材的管理中。结果:提高医用耗材管理质量及工作效率,保证了临床使用医用耗材的安全,临床科室对医用耗材仓库满意度提高。结论:"五常法"具有简单、实用、合理、高效的管理特点,它在医用耗材管理中的应用,有助于提高医用耗材管理质量,从而提升医用耗材仓库工作人员的形象。Objective： To analyze the effects of the 5S methodology applied to the management of medical supplies.Methods： Apply the 5S methodology（Structure,Systematize,Sanitize,Standardize and Self-discipline） by the 5S team to the management of medical supplies.Results： After the implementation of the 5S methodology,the the quality of management and working efficieny were improved significantly.The satisfy rate was increased too.Conclusion： The 5S methodology is an effective way to manage medical supplies.
