摘 要:目的建立枸杞多糖的含量测定方法,并测定不同产地枸杞药材中多糖的含量。方法采用水提醇沉法制备枸杞多糖,将枸杞多糖脱蛋白后制得精制枸杞多糖,以精制枸杞多糖测得枸杞多糖对葡萄糖的换算因子后,用苯酚-硫酸法测定不同产地枸杞药材中多糖的含量。结果平均回收率为98.8%,测得不同产地枸杞药材中多糖含量分别为4.03%、7.55%、2.92%、4.99%、3.54%和4.67%。结论该法操作简单,结果较接近真实值;不同产地枸杞中多糖含量的差异较大,该结果为枸杞多糖质量控制和药效评价的进一步研究奠定了基础。Objective To establish a method for polysaccharides content determination and determine the content of Lycium barbarum L.polysaccharides(LBP) form different areas.Methods LBP were prepared by water extraction-alcohol precipitation method,and then deproteinized to obtain refined LBP.After the conversion coefficient of refined LBP to glucose was obtained,the content of LBP was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.Results The polysaccharide content of six batches LBP was 4.03%,7.55%,2.92%,4.99%,3.54% and 4.67%,respectively,and the average recovery rate reached 98.8%.Conclusion The method is simple,and the results are precisely close to the true value.The polysaccharide content of LBP from different areas is comparatively different,which lays a foundation for the further study of quality control and efficacy evaluation of Lycium barbarum L..
