摘 要:目的探讨长期低剂量微波辐射致大鼠血清生化、心脏功能及结构的影响。方法采用2.5、5和10 mW/cm2微波辐射160只二级雄性Wistar大鼠,5次/周×30 d,6 min/次。于辐射后1 d、14 d、60 d和180 d,采用全自动生化检测仪检测血清钾离子(K+)、钠离子(Na+)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)和谷氨酸转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)含量;于辐射后6 h、7 d、14 d、30 d和60 d活杀大鼠取心脏,采用光镜和透射电镜观察心脏组织结构及超微结构的改变。结果 2.5、5和10 mW/cm2组大鼠血清Na+含量分别于照射后1 d(P〈0.05)和14 d(P〈0.01)降低,60 d(P〈0.01)和180 d(P〈0.05)表达持续升高;AST和ALT含量分别于照射后14 d显著降低(P〈0.05);180 d见恢复。2.5、5和10 mW/cm2微波辐射后7~30 d,大鼠心肌纤维排列紊乱,线粒体肿胀、空化,闰盘结构模糊,此病变随辐射剂量增加呈加重趋势。结论 2.5~10 mW/cm2微波长期辐射可致大鼠K+、Na+、AST及ALT含量异常及心脏组织结构与超微结构损伤。Objective To investigate the changes of the serum biochemical index and myocardial histological structure in rats after long-term low doses of microwave exposure.Methods One hundred and sixty male Wistar rats were continuously exposed to microwave of 2.5,5 and 10 mW/cm2 in a month,5 times a week and 6 minutes each time.The left ventricle blood was obtained at 1 d,14 d and 60 d after the rats were irradiated.The K+,Na+,AST and ALT level was analysed by Coulter automatic biochemical analyzer.All the experimental rats were sacrificed at 6 h,7 d,14 d,30 d and 60 d after exposure,then the histology and ultrastructure of the heart were observed by light and electron microscope.Results After 2.5,5 and 10 mW/cm2 microwave exposure,heart muscle fibers wavilness,mitochondrial swelling and cavitations,blurred intercalary dics were observed at 7 d-30 d.Conclusions A long-term of 2.5-10 mW/cm2 microwave exposure can cause the K+,Na+,AST and ALT turbulence,and injury to the histology and ultrastructure of the heart.
