摘 要:目的探讨微波辐射对猕猴血浆氨基酸类递质和血清代谢酶的影响。方法实验用健康雄性猕猴15只,根据微波辐射平均功率的不同,随机分为5组,即对照组,2、5、7和11 mW/cm2组,每组3只,采用HPLC检测辐射后7 d和30 d猕猴血浆中氨基酸类递质含量的改变,采用全自动生化分析仪检测辐射后1,7,14,30和60 d猕猴血清代谢酶AST、LDH和CKMB的改变。结果微波辐射后7 d,5 mW/cm2组猕猴血浆中ASP和TAU显著增加(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),11 mW/cm2组KYNA显著减少(P〈0.05),TAU显著增加(P〈0.05);辐射后30 d,11 mW/cm2组ASP显著减少(P〈0.01),GLU和GLY显著增加(P〈0.05)。辐射后1 d,2和11 mW/cm2组猕猴血清中LDH显著减少(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);辐射后7 d,5和11 mW/cm2组LDH显著增加(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);辐射后14 d,5 mW/cm2组AST和LDH显著增加(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),7和11 mW/cm2组CKMB显著降低(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);辐射后60 d,11 mW/cm2组LDH显著减少(P〈0.05)。结论 2~11 mW/cm2微波辐射可造成猕猴血浆氨基酸类递质和血清代谢酶紊乱,且此紊乱程度与辐射剂量呈正相关。Objective To investigate the influence of microwave radiation on transmitters of blood plasma and metabolic enzymes in serum of macaque.Methods Fifteen male macaques were divided into 5 groups randomly according to the average power density,which were sham group,2,5,7 and 11 mW/cm2 groups.Amino acids transmitters in blood plasma were detected by HPLC at 7 d and 30 d after exposure,and aspartate transaminase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and creatinkinase(CKMB) in serum were also analyzed by automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results At 7 d after microwave exposure,the content of aspartic acid(Asp) and taurine(Tau) in blood plasma increased(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) in 5 mW/cm2 group,while the content of kynurenic acid(KYNA) decreased and Tau increased significantly in 11 mW/cm2 group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).At 30 d after exposure,the content of Asp decreased and glutamic acid(Glu) and glycine(Gly) increased in 11 mW/cm2 group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).The content of LDH in serum was decreased in 2 and 11 mW/cm2 groups at 1 d after exposure(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),but increased in 5 and 11 mW/cm2 groups at 7 d(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).At 14 d,the content of AST and LDH increased in 5 mW/cm2 group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) while the content of KYNA decreased in 7 and 11 mW/cm2 groups(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).At 60 d,the content of LDH decreased in 11 mW/cm2 group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Microwave of 2,5 and 11 mW/cm2 can cause disturbance of amino acids transmitters in blood plasma and metabolic enzymes in serum,positively related to exposure doses.
