摘 要:目的探讨微波单次和累积辐射对猕猴尿液中氨基酸和单胺类代谢产物的影响。方法健康雄性猕猴15只,随机分为单次辐射组,下设对照组、5 mW/cm2和11 mW/cm2组;累积辐射组,下设对照组和4.68μW/cm2辐射组(12 h/d,持续辐射30 d),于辐射后1 d、7 d和30 d收集猕猴尿液样本,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测猕猴尿液中单胺类和氨基酸类代谢产物的变化。结果 5 mW/cm2微波单次辐射后1 d,猕猴尿液中天冬氨酸和多巴胺浓度升高(P〈0.05),谷氨酸、甘氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸和牛磺酸浓度降低(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);辐射后7 d,猕猴尿液中去甲肾上腺素和肾上腺素浓度降低(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),5-羟色胺浓度升高(P〈0.05);多巴胺浓度在辐射后7~30 d降低(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。11 mW/cm2微波单次辐射后1 d,天冬氨酸浓度升高(P〈0.05),牛磺酸浓度降低(P〈0.05);辐射后7 d,天冬氨酸浓度降低(P〈0.05);辐射后30 d,去甲肾上腺素浓度降低(P〈0.05);甘氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸浓度在辐射后1~7 d均降低(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),多巴胺浓度在辐射后7~30 d降低(P〈0.05)。微波累积辐射后7 d,猕猴尿液中仅天冬氨酸、牛磺酸和5-羟色胺浓度可见升高(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),其余未见明显异常。结论微波5 mW/cm2和11 mW/cm2单次辐射与4.68μW/cm2累积辐射均可引起猕猴尿液中单胺类和氨基酸类代谢紊乱,可能参与机体损伤的病理生理过程。Objective To investigate the effect of a single or repeated microwave radiation on contents of amino acids and monoamines in the urine of rhesus monkeys.Methods Fifteen male rhesus monkeys were exposed to a single microwave at the average powerdensity of 5 and 11 mW/cm2 individually and repeated microwave at the average power density of 4.68 μW/cm2 for 12 h per day over a period of 1 month.Then,the urine of these monkeys was collectted and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-fluorometric method was used to study the changes of contents of amino acids and monoamines in the urine at 1 d,7 d and 30 d after radiation.Results 5 mW/cm2 single microwave radiation resulted in the increase in contents of aspartic acids and dopamine(P0.05)and the decrease in glumatic acid,glycines,gamma-aminobutyric acid and taurochorate at 1 d(P0.05 or P0.01).The contents of norepinephrine and adrenaline were decreased(P0.05 or P0.01),5-hydroxytryptamine was increased at 7 d(P0.05) while dopamine decreased in 7-30 d(P0.05 or P0.01).After 11 mW/cm2 single microwave radiation,the content of aspartic acids was raised(P0.05) and that of taurochorate descended(P0.05)at 1 d.Aspartic acid at 7 d(P0.05) and norepinephrines at 30 d(P0.05)were decreased;glycine and gamma-aminobutyric acid dropped in 1-7 d(P0.05 or P0.01) while dopamine descended in 7-30 d(P0.05).There was the increase of contents of aspartic acid,taurochorate and 5-hydroxytryptamine at 7 d(P0.05 or P0.01)after 4.68 μW/cm2 repeated microwave radiation.Conclusion The single microwave radiation at 5 and 11 mW/cm2 and repeated microwave oct 4.68 μW/cm2 can induce the metabolic disturbance of amino acids and monoamines in urine in rhesus monkeys,which might be involved in the pathophysiological process of the effect of injury.
