达乌尔黄鼠脑干立体定位图谱的研制

摘　　要：目的：研究达乌尔黄鼠脑干立体定位图谱。方法：选取成年雄性达乌尔黄鼠，应用恒冷切片机进行冰冻切片，片厚２５μｍ ，克紫染色，结果：获得达乌尔黄鼠脑干版图３３ 张。结论：该图谱制作准确。Objective:To study a stereotaxic atlas of the brain stem of the Citellus dauricus.Methods:The brains of choosed adult male Citellus dauricus were serially cut into thin section of 25μm by frozen section method with Britain Cryostat,which were dyed with Creyl Violet.Results:Citellus dauricus brain stem atlas of 33 plates were obtained.Conclusion:This atlas is exact and functional.
