摘 要:在75 t/h循环流化床锅炉内进行了添加石灰石脱硫的工业热态试验,锅炉内燃烧福建无烟煤,并研究了Ca/S摩尔比对锅炉脱硫效果的影响。结果表明:燃烧福建无烟煤,循环流化床锅炉自脱硫效率较高,Ca/S摩尔比对脱硫效率影响较大。在Ca/S摩尔比较低(小于2.02)或较高(大于2.82)时,脱硫效率随着Ca/S增加而迅速提高,当Ca/S摩尔比在2.02~2.82范围内变化时,脱硫效率缓慢提高。脱硫时添加石灰石对NOx和CO排放影响不明显,但两者排放量均随着Ca/S摩尔比增加而轻微上升。此外,烟尘在电除尘器进口、出口的浓度同步增长,但总体除尘效率基本保持不变。In order to test the effects of Ca/S ratio(in molar) on the CFB boiler's desulfurization efficiency,pollutant emissions and efficiency of electrostatic precipitator,an industrial experiment using limestone as desulfurizing agent was conducted on a 75t/h CFB boiler burning Fujian anthracite.The resluts showed that the CFB boiler had high self-desulfurization efficiency.Ca/S molar ratio has the important effect on the desulfurization efficiency.When Ca/S molar ratio was lower than 2.02 or larger than 2.82,the desulfurization efficiency increased clearly.However,when Ca/S molar ratio changed in the range of 2.02-2.82,the desulfurization efficiency increased gently.Adding limestone has no obvious effect on NOx and CO emissions,while NOx and CO emissions increased with increasing Ca/S molar ratio slightly.In addition,inlet smoke concentration increased with outlet smoke concentration in the electrostatic precipitator,while the collection efficiency remained unchanged.
