摘  要:隔离套涡流损耗是影响双层实心异步磁力联轴器性能的重要因素。为将其更好地应用于实际生产中,通过理论分析,推导出更准确的隔离套涡流损耗计算公式,并据此计算出不同转差率下的理论涡流损耗值;然后采用ANSYS对双层实心异步磁力联轴器涡流场进行了有限元分析,得出不同转差率下的涡流损耗模拟值;最后,通过实验得到实际涡流损耗值,并将理论计算值、模拟值、实验值进行对比分析。分析结果对此类联轴器的性能优化设计、涡流损耗控制和散热的改善等都具有指导意义。Eddy current loss of shell greatly affects the performance greatly of double-layer solid rotor asynchronous magnetic coupling.For better application, a new computational formula on eddy current loss of shell was derived based on the theoretical analysis,and the theoretical value was calculated on the condition of different slip ratio;Then,the finite element analysis results on the condition of different slip ratio of the eddy current field was gotten by ANSYS;Based on the experiment,the actual value was obtained,and the comparative analysis was completed among the value of theory、simulation and experiment.The analysis results should have guiding significance to performance optimum design、eddy current loss control and heat radiation of this kind coupling.
