依托考昔与塞来昔布用于关节镜术后镇痛的疗效和安全性比较

摘　　要：目的比较依托考昔与塞来昔布用于关节镜术后镇痛的疗效和安全性。方法普通关节镜(非韧带重建术)手术患者182例,随机分成两组:依托考昔组(n=90)和塞来昔布组(n=92)。分别服用依托考昔120mg,每日一次及塞来昔布200mg,每日二次镇痛。采用疼痛类比目测法评分标准,选初次服药及术后第1、2、3天服药后的第4小时为观察点。分别测定疼痛评分及记录药物不良反应。结果两组在初次服药后、术后第1天、第2天、第3天的4小时后疼痛评估比较,差异有统计学意义(t分别=-2.13、-2.11、-2.08、-2.05,P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.16,P>0.05)。结论关节镜术后口服依托考昔120mg,每日一次较服用塞来昔布200mg,每日二次的镇痛效果更佳,且不良事件发生率没有明显差异。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of etoricoxib 120 mg with celecoxib 200 mg in the treatment of analgesia after general arthroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 182 patients after common arthroscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups：etoricoxib group（n=90） and celecoxib group as control（n=92）.Etoricoxib 120 mg qd and celecoxib 200 mg bid were administered in two groups respectively.Analgesia score and the incidence of adverse reactions were measured by the method of visual analogue scale（VAS） at 0 hour,4 hours,2 days,3 days after receiving either celecoxib or etoricoxib.Results The analgesia scores of etoricoxib group were lower at 0 hour,4 hours,2 days,3 days than that of the control group（t=-2.13,-2.11,-2.08,-2.05,P0.05）.The incidences of adverse reactions had no statistics difference in two groups（χ2=0.16,P0.05）.Conclusions The analgesic effects of etoricoxib 120 mg qd were better than celecoxib 200 mg bid after arthroscopic surgery.The incidences of adverse reactions were not different.
