摘　　要：目的研究南宁市某医院散发性腹泻病例中检出的GII.12型诺如病毒(Norovirus,NV)的基因特征。方法应用荧光定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应,对2007年1月～2008年12月,南宁市某医院门诊腹泻病例的粪便标本进行基因II组(Genogroup Ⅱ,GII)NV核糖核酸检测,阳性标本进行核苷酸序列测定,并构建系统进化树进行分析。结果在检测的696份粪便中,GII组NV阳性180份,阳性率为25.86%。随机挑取30株GII组NV进行核苷酸序列分析,有1株[Nanning(NN,南宁)07194]与GII.12型参考株核苷酸序列同源性达到95.7%～99.1%,在系统进化树中与GII.12型病毒株属同一分支。结论南宁市散发性腹泻病例中存在GII.12型NV感染。Objectives To study the genetic characteristics of the norovirus genotype GII.12 strain detected from sporadic cases with acute gastroenteritis in Nanning City. Methods A total of 696 fecal specimens were collected from diarrheal patients attending outpatient clinics of a hospital in Nanning （NN）city, between January 2007 and December 2008, and screened for the presence of norovirus genogroup II（GⅡ）RNAs using real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. A panel of 30 positive specimens were selected randomly and subjected to sequencing and phylogenetic analysis to identify genotypes. Results Of the 696 fecal specimens, 180（25.86%）were positive for noroviruses GII. Among the 30 GII strains selected randomly for sequencing analysis, one strain, NN07194, showed 95.7% ～99.1% nucleotide identities with GII.12 reference strains. Phylogenetic analysis revealed this strain belonged to the GII.12 cluster. Conclusion The study indicated that the infection of norovirus genotype GII.12 in sporadic patients with acute gastroenteritis in Nanning city.
