摘 要:采用响应面法优化超声波提取荆芥中总黄酮的工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,选择乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取温度和液料比作为实验因素,进行Box-Behnken中心组合实验设计,采用响应面法(RSM)评估了4个因素对总黄酮得率的影响。超声波法提取荆芥中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件如下:乙醇体积分数为56.2%,提取时间为45.3 min,超声功率为480 W,提取温度为60℃,液料比为27.9 mL/g。在最优的条件下,总黄酮得率为2.02%。Response surface methodology(RSM) was applied to optimize ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of total flavonoids from Schizonepeta Tenuifolia Briq.Based on single experiments,ethanol concentration,extraction time,extraction temperature and ratio of liquid to solid were selected for Box-Behnken central composite designing.RSM was employed to study the effect of these factors on the yield of total flavonoids.The results indicated that the optimal process conditions were ethanol concentration 56.2%,extraction time 45.3 min,ultrasonic power 480 W,extraction temperature 60 ℃ and ratio of liquid to solid 27.9 mL/g.Under these optimized conditions,the extraction yield of total flavonoids was up to 2.02%.
