摘  要:使用响应面分析法优化了马铃薯渣作为培养基代料的凤尾菇培育方法,得出了温度为20℃、pH为7.0、培养基含马铃薯渣9%的最优培育条件。于此条件下实际收获凤尾菇171g,与理论值174.555g接近,既提高了凤尾菇产量,又合理地利用了马铃薯渣。由此法获得的凤尾菇质量高,菇形饱满,色泽鲜亮且菇香浓郁。The main purpose of this work was to optimize the cultivated method of Pleurotus by response surface analysis,which used potato processing waste.The optimal conditions of cultivation were obtained by response surface analysis as follows:cultivation with 9% potato processing waste in culture medium,at pH 7.0,20 ℃.The actual output of Pleurotus was 171 g,which was very closed to the theoretical value 174.555 g.It was not only enhanced the output of Pleurotus,but also utilized potato processing waste effectively.The products were high quality,plump,brightly colored and heavy fragrance.
