摘　　要：中新天津生态城的设计体现了"生态、环保、节能、宜居、和谐"的设计理念,努力打造资源节约型、环境友好型宜居示范新城,体现"能实行、能复制、能推广"的总体设计思路。突出水资源的优化配置与循环利用,在雨水、污水、再生水专项规划中体现生态设计,提出以调峰、蓄滞、收集利用为主,以外排为辅的城市排水理念,并运用到工程实际当中。Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city is to reflect the design concept of ＇Ecology, Environmental Protection, Energy Conservation, Livable Living and Harmony＇ , to create a resource-saving and environment-friendly demonstrative new city, and to reach ＇Practicable, Reproductive and Extendable＇ general design idea. In order to highlight the optimal allocation and recycling use of water resource and reflect the ecological design in specific plan on rainwater, sewage and reclaimed water, an urban drainage concept of taking peak shaving, storage, collection and utilization as major objective and discharging as minor objective is proposed and applied to practical projects.
