摘  要:研究用溶胶-微波干燥法制备钙钛矿型氧化物Nd0.6Ca0.4CoO3,通过XRD、TEM对制备的产物进行表征。结果表明,得到的产物为Nd0.6Ca0.4CoO3,平均粒径为65nm。以该氧化物为催化剂,酸处理的碳黑为载体,制备了用于碱性介质中氧还原反应的气体扩散电极,利用极化曲线(LSV)和交流阻抗(EIS)方法测试了其在碱性介质中(6mol/LKOH)对氧还原的催化性能。该催化剂在空气气氛下,电极电位在-0.2V(vs.Hg/HgO)时催化氧还原的电流密度达到160mA/cm2,有显著的氧还原催化效果。微波加热功率、微波加热时间对催化剂的催化氧还原性能有较大的影响。The preparation of perovskite-type Nd0.6Ca0.4CoO3 with sol-microwave drying method was studied,and the production was characterized by XRD and TEM.The results indicate that the product is Nd0.6Ca0.4CoO3 with an average particle size of 65 nm.The gas diffusion electrode with C pretreated in HNO3 as carbon support used for ORR in alkaline medium was prepared.Its activity for ORR was evaluated by polarization curve and impedance spectroscopy technique in 6 mol/L KOH solution.The polarization plots recorded on the electrode catalyzed with this product displayed a current density of 160 mA/cm2 at-0.2 V in air condition.The electrocatalystic properties were signally influenced by the microwave power and time of microwave heating.
