摘　　要：探索了锂离子电池制造过程中基于成组工艺的材料定额管理的新模式。通过对生产全过程流程分析和模块划分,实现了多品种、中小批量锂离子电池生产标准化、材料定额精准化。并尝试开发了基于成组工艺的材料定额管理系统。A novel model of material ration management based on GT applied in Li-ion batteries＇ manufacturing process was proposed in this article,which was possible to make the line more standard and the material ration more precise by analyzing and compartmentalizing the whole produce flow.Moreover,the management system based on the above was also developed in this article.
