摘 要:基于单片机技术的电池检测系统是对温度、电压、电流进行实时在线监视、检测、数据采集、数据处理、控制、数据输出驱动等环节功能而设计的检测系统。单片微型计算机是随着超大规模集成电路技术的发展而诞生的,由于它具有体积小、功能强、性价比高等特点,把单片机应用于温度检测中,采用单片机做主控单元,可完成对温度的检测和采集的要求。主要介绍单片机在锂离子蓄电池充放电过程中温度检测的应用,并对温度控制模块的组成及主要器件进行了详细的介绍,并根据具体的要求编写了适合本设计的软件程序。The battery checking system based on single chip calculator technique was an intellectualized system,which was designed to acquire the functions like online monitoring,detecting,data collecting,data processing,controlling and data transmitting of parameters,such as voltage,current,temperature and timing of system.The single slice of microcomputers emerges with the development of very large scale integration technology.Because of some advantages,like compact size,strong function,high performance /cost ratio,the one-chip computer was applied to check the temperature,as the main control unit,which could finish the requisition for collection and checking of temperature.The application of the single chip calculator in the temperature checking of lithium-ion battery charge and discharge test was introduced in this paper.And the composition of the temperature checking module and the main devices was also introduced in detail,and the suitable software procedure was designed according to the specific requirements.
