摘  要:合成了含有烯丙基的离子液体氯化1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑(AMIMCl),采用自由基聚合反应将其固定到含有乙烯基的杂化硅整体柱表面,制备了离子液体修饰的杂化硅整体柱。在酸性环境下,利用该整体柱分离了核苷酸、酚类物质和苯甲酸类化合物,与未进行修饰的整体柱相比,离子液体修饰的杂化硅整体柱的电渗流反向,分离选择性明显提高,这可能是戊基链提供的疏水作用、咪唑环提供的氢键作用和静电作用所导致。以苯甲酸类化合物为分离对象,考察了柱内和柱间重现性,结果表明:5次连续进样的柱内迁移时间相对标准偏差(RSD)小于4.0%,制备的3根柱子柱间迁移时间的RSD为9.0%~9.8%。An ionic liquid 1-allyl-3-methyl imidazole chloride(AMIMCl) was synthesized and used to modify terminal-vinyl organic-inorganic hybrid silica monolithic column by free radical polymerization procedure using 2,2′-azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as an initiator.Nucleotides,phenols and benzoic acid compounds were successfully separated on the column under acidic conditions and the separation effects were compared with unmodified column.Compared with unmodified monolithic column,the electroosmotic flow was reversed,and the selectivity was apparently improved,which was believed to the hydrophobic interaction on amyl chain or hydrogen bonding interaction on imidazole ring and electrostatic interaction.Reproducibilities of migration times for benzoic acid compounds were reasonable with RSD less than 4.0% for five consecutive within-column runs and were 9.0%-9.8% for column-to-column measurements of three columns,respectively.
