摘  要:本文目的是设计一个能够实现高稳定性、窄脉宽、高峰值功率的全固态532nm脉冲激光输出系统。首先采用平-平腔结构,运用LD侧面泵浦技术和电光调Q技术实现基频光输出,再用KTP晶体通过腔外倍频实现脉冲绿光激光输出。在腔长为164cm,重复频率200 Hz,泵浦电流为70A,泵浦脉宽为230μs条件下,得到单脉冲能量1.68mJ、脉宽8ns、峰值功率达到210KW的532nm激光输出,光-光转换效率为17.98%。实验结果表明:该激光器能够得到稳定的窄脉宽、高峰值功率、高转换效率的激光。The aim in this paper is to design a laser system,which can achieve high stability,narrow pulse width and high peak power output at 532nm.firstly,the LD side-pumped Nd:YAG pulse laser at 1064nm was achieved by the simple and compact flat-flat cavity with electrooptical Q-switched technology,secondly,the pulse laser was extra-cavity frequency-doubled by KTP.When the cavity length is 164cm,repetition rate is 200Hz,the pumped current is 70A,and pump width is 230μs,the single green pulse output energy is 1.68mJ,the pulse width is 8ns,and the peak power is 210KW,and the efficiency of frequency-doubling is about 17.98%.Experimental results show that the pulse width is relatively narrow,peak power is high and the stability of laser is relatively high.
