间接喉镜下Nd:YAG激光治疗舌根乳头状瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察在间接喉镜下应用Nd:YAG激光治疗舌根乳头状瘤的疗效。方法:在间接喉镜下采用自制的弯形激光切割器切除舌根乳头状瘤50例。结果:随访1年,所有病例均治愈,无复发,总有效率达100%。结论:该手术操作简单,定位准确,视野清晰,术中出血少,病人痛苦小,术后不易复发,是治疗舌根乳头状瘤一种较为安全、有效的手术方法,值得推广。Objective： To study the therapeutic effects of Nd： YAG laser operation in treatment of papilloma of lingual root by indirect laryngoscope.Methods： 50 patients with papilloma of lingual root were treated with Nd： YAG laser operation using a cutterbar modified from laryngeal polyp forceps under indirect laryngoscope.Results：Following-up 1 year,all patients were cured without recurrence.The effective rate was 100 percent.Conclusions： This technique was proved to be effective,easy to conduct,focus precisely,have a clear operative field,with mild bleeding.The pain caused by the technique to patients was largely reduced.It was a safe and effective method that should be introduced.
