摘　　要：本文介绍国际电光源科技研讨会的历史,组织形式,主要关注内容等,并介绍了该会议的组织机构国际电光源委员会(FAST-LS)。并着重介绍了2010年7月在荷兰召开的第十二届国际电光源科技研讨会(LS:12)情况,阐述了LED及包括陶瓷金卤灯等是本届会议的主要热点。The paper introduces the history,focus areas and organizational structure of the international symposium on science and technology of light sources（LS：X）.It introduces also the Foundation of Advanced science and technology of light sources（FAST-LS）,the host of LS：X.It summarized the LS：12,the latest LS：X held in Eindhoven,Netherland in July of 2010,and concluded that LED,as well as HID especially ceramic metal halide,is hot point for light sources industry.
