摘  要:在油田钻井、完井、固井、修井及开采等过程中水锁易引起地层损害,分析了产生水锁伤害的机理,研制出了TA-2系列防水锁伤害增产剂,并利用程序界面张力仪、全自动旋转滴界面张力测定仪、岩心流动实验装置等仪器对其进行了综合性能评价。结果表明,与现有配方相比,TA-2系列防水锁伤害剂对储层的伤害程度最小;随着TA-2溶液浓度的增大,岩心回收率增加,抑制膨胀的作用增强;TA-2可以增大毛细管半径,降低毛细管阻力,从而有效地解除水锁伤害。Aiming to formation damage caused by water blocking at low permeability reservoirs in well drilling,completion,cementing,workover and mining processes.The damage mechanisms of water blocking are analyzed and TA-2 series anti-waterblocking agents are developed and evaluated by programming interface tension determine instrument,auto rotation drops interfacial tension tester and core flow experimental devices.The results show that TA-2 solution has the minimum extent damage to the reservoirs compared with the prescription;With the increasing of concentration of TA-2 solution,the core recovery increases,the control effect to the expansion of clay enhances.The TA-2 can increase capillary radius and reduce capillary resistance.Therefore,TA-2 can effectively prevent water blocking damages and increase production.
