摘　　要：重氮乙酸乙酯和异丁烯在手性铜配合物催化下进行环丙烷化反应,以较好的产率和光学纯度得到(S)-2,2-二甲基环丙甲酸乙酯,再经过皂化、酯化、酰胺化反应制得光学纯的标题化合物。（S）-Ethyl 2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylate was synthesized in good yield and purity by cyclopropanation of ethyl diazoacetate and 2-methylpropene with chiral copper complex as catalyst.The ester was to give the corresponding acid,esterification of the acid with 4-nitrophenol gave product in high yield,after ammonification the ester,the（S）-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxamide was obtained in high yield after saponification,esterification of the acid with 4-nitrophenol and ammonification.
