小儿过敏性紫癜检测食物不耐受的临床意义探讨

摘  要:目的对过敏性紫癜患儿进行食物IgG检测,可为小儿过敏性紫癜的预防、诊断、治疗提供更全面的实验室依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测72例过敏性紫癜患儿血清中14种常见食物特异性IgG。结果72例过敏性紫癜患儿中出现食物不耐受63例,总阳性率占87.5%。其中对鸡蛋不耐受者占63.9%,阳性率为最高,其次是对大豆不耐受者,占48.5%。结论对过敏性紫癜患儿进行食物不耐受检测,对该病患儿进行科学的饮食指导及对该病的预防、诊断、治疗均具有重要参考意义。Objective The laboratory evidence of the food intolerance was provided by experiment detecting, in order to improve prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the Henoeh - Sehonlein purpura. Methods Forteen kinds of commonly seen food - specific IgG in the serum of 72 patients with Henoch -Schonlein purpura were detected by ELISA technique. Results Sixty -three cases out of 72 patients with Henoch - Schonlein purpura were food intolerance, the total positive rate was 87.5% , among which the food intolerance to egg was 63.9% , and to bean was 48.5%. Conclusions The food intolerance result is important to diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the Henoch - Schonlein purpura.
