摘 要:目的探讨精液细菌培养结果与常规体外受精一胚胎移植的关系。方法对250例进行IVF—ET男性患者的精液在梯度离心及上游处理前后分别进行精液细菌培养,培养阳性者经分纯后用细菌鉴定仪进行菌种鉴定。结果处理前精液培养阳性率高达67.2%(168/250),菌种复杂,而处理后阳性率为10.40%(26/250),菌种液多为非致病菌;处理前培养阳性患者卵子受精率有所下降,但差异无统计学意义。结论密度梯度离心及上游法处理精液后可以显著抑制其细菌生长,精液培养阳性可能影响卵子受精率,但对胚胎发育及妊娠结局影响不大。Objective To determine if routine semen culture is useful in couples joining an in - vitro fertilization (IVF/ET) program. Methods Two hundred and fifty patients semen joining an IVF/ET program were collected for bacterial culture afer and before Percoll and upstream prepara- tion. Results There was 67.2% (168/250) bacterial culture positive results included complicate bacterium before before percoll and upstream preparation. Only 10.40% (26/250)bacterial culture positive results included few nonpatbogenie bacterium after preparation. Culture -positive patients prior to treat- ment decreased egg fertilization rate, but not statistically significant. Conclusions Pereoll and upstream preparation can significantly inhibit bacterial growth, positive culture may affect sperm egg fertilization rate, but there was little effect on embryonic development and pregnancy outcome.
