摘　　要：探讨建筑智能化工程平行承发包、项目总承包和总承包管理三种承发包模式的特点,结合我国建筑智能工程的实施现状,提出了一种部分承包+总承包管理的模式,对建筑智能化工程的建设实施有一定的参考价值。This paper discusses the characteristics of three contract models of intelligent building system of the parallel contract,the total project contract and the total project contracting management.Combined with the current status of the intelligent building engineering,this paper put forward a mode of the part contract and the total contracting management,which has certain reference for the construction of the intelligent building engineering.
