摘 要:[目的]揭示烟草连作障碍的作用机制,为消除农业生产上烟草的连作障碍提供理论依据。[方法]以漂浮育苗的方式,研究了不同浓度烟草根茬腐解液对幼苗生长的影响。[结果]当烟草根茬腐解液浓度为0.1 g/ml时,能促进幼苗的生长,能显著提高烟株的干物质重量,增强硝酸还原酶活性和根系活力。随着腐解液浓度的提高,促进作用逐渐转为抑制作用。当烟草根茬腐解液浓度达0.2 g/ml时,烟株硝酸还原酶活性明显下降,过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量显著上升。当烟草根茬腐解液浓度达0.3 g/ml以上时,烟株硝酸还原酶活性最低,过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量达最大。[结论]烟草根茬腐解液对烟苗的生长产生了不同程度的化感效应,随腐解液浓度的提高表现出明显的"低促高抑"的现象。[Objective] The research aimed to reveal the mechanism system of continuous cropping obstacle of tobacco and provide theoretical basis for eliminating the continuous cropping obstacle of tobacco in the agricultural production.[Method] By the method of floating-seeding system,the effects of tobacco roots' decayed liquids on the seedling growth were studied.[Result] When the concentration of tobacco roots' decayed liquids was 0.1 g/ml,it increased the seedling growth and dry matter weight of tobacco apparently,enhanced NR and roots' activities.With the increasing of decayed liquids' concentration,the promotion turned into inhibition gradually.When the concentration of tobacco roots' decayed liquids was 0.2 g/ml,the tobaccos' NR activities decreased significantly,POD activities and MDA content increased significantly.When the tobacco roots' decayed liquids was more than 0.3 g/ml,NR activities in tobacco was the lowest and POD activities and MDA content reached the maximum.[Conclusion] Tobacco roots' decayed liquids had allelopathy on the tobacco seedling growth and it shows the obvious "low-promotion and high-inhibition" trends with the increasing of decayed liquids' concentration.
