黄柏及其炮制品的抗痛风作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究对黄柏及其不同炮制品的抗痛风作用。[方法]以黄柏及其不同炮制品的提取物灌胃,观察提取物对大鼠的血清尿酸、肌酐浓度及关节肿胀指数的影响。[结果]与阳性对照组相比,黄柏及其不同炮制品均能明显降低高尿酸血症模型大鼠的尿酸和肌酐水平,抑制急性痛风关节炎模型大鼠的关节肿胀。[结论]黄柏在炮制前后均有不同程度的抗痛风作用,不同炮制方法对该作用影响不明显。[Objective] To study the anti-gout effects of CORTEX PHELLODENDRI and its different processed products.[Method] Effects of CORTEX PHELLODENDRI and its processed products on concentration of uric acid and creatinine in the serum and joint swelling index were investigated in rats by injection under gavage with corresponding extracts.[Result] Compared with positive control group,CORTEX PHELLODENDRI and its processed products could significantly reduce contents of uric acid and creatinine in model rats of hyperuricemia,and resist joint swelling in model rats of acute gouty arthritis.[Conclusion] CORTEX PHELLODENDRI and its processed products showed varying degrees of anti-gout effects which were little influenced by different processing methods.
