HPLC-ELSD法测定洒金桃叶珊瑚叶中桃叶珊瑚苷含量的研究

摘　　要：[目的]建立HPLC-ELSD测定洒金桃叶珊瑚叶中桃叶珊瑚苷含量的方法。[方法]采用蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)对洒金桃叶珊瑚叶中桃叶珊瑚苷进行了HPLC分析。[结果]桃叶珊瑚苷在0.504～2.268μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=1.656 4X+4.434 1(r=0.999 6,n=8),洒金桃叶珊瑚叶中桃叶珊瑚苷含量为2.64%,平均回收率为99.01%,RSD为1.53%。[结论]该方法简便、快速、准确性高、重复性好,适合于洒金桃叶珊瑚叶中桃叶珊瑚苷的定量分析。[Objective] The aim was to determine the content of aucubin in the leaves of Aucuba japonica var.variegata with HPLC-ELSD method.[Method] The ELSD was adopted to make a HPLC-ELSD analysis for aucubin in the leaves of Aucuba japonica var.variegata.[Result] Aucubin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.504-2.268 μg.The regression equation was Y=1.656 4X＋4.434 1（r=0.999 6）.The content of aucubin in the leaves of Aucuba japonica var.variegata was 2.64 %,the average recovery of aucubin was 99.01 %,and RSD was 1.53%.[Conclusion] The method was simple and rapid with reproducibility for the determination of aucubin in the leaves of Aucuba japonica var.variegata.
