摘  要:[目的]为脂溶性红松种壳色素化学成分的进一步研究提供理论依据。[方法]以硅胶为吸附剂,通过溶剂梯度洗脱对脂溶性红松种壳色素进行分离与纯化,探索利用硅胶柱层析对脂溶性红松松籽壳色素的分离效果。[结果]95%乙醇为脂溶性红松松籽壳色素的最佳提取剂。对脂溶性红松松籽壳色素进行初步分离与纯化,得到26组洗脱物,主要在波长250和270 nm处出现强吸收,可见光区无明显吸收,由此推测这些物质主要是黄酮类化合物。[结论]硅胶柱色谱法对脂溶性红松种壳色素具有较好的分离效果。[Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for further study on the chemical components of liposoluble pinenut shell pigments from Pinus koraiensis.[Method] With silica gel as sorbent,the liposoluble pinenut shell pigments from P.koraiensis was separated and purified by using solvent gradient elution.The separation effects of liposoluble pinenut shell pigments from P.koraiensis by using silica gel column chromatography were discussed.[Result] The best extraction solvent for liposoluble pinenut shell pigments from P.koraiensis was 95% ethanol.After preliminary separation and purification of liposoluble pinenut shell pigments from P.koraiensis,26 eluting materials were obtained.Strong absorption appeared at the wavelength of 250 and 270 nm and no significant absorption was seen in visible light area.It was concluded that these substances were mainly flavonoids compounds.[Conclusion] Better separation effects of liposoluble pinenut shell pigments from P.koraiensis were obtained by using silica gel column chromatography.
