摘 要:[目的]为获得产气效果较好的秸秆预处理方法。[方法]通过稀碱法预处理的单因素分析,研究了稀碱法预处理中NaOH浓度、水浴加热时间和温度对水稻秸秆厌氧发酵产沼气的影响。[结果]当NaOH浓度为6%时,秸秆厌氧发酵产气效果最佳,产气量比未处理的对照组提高了110%。水浴加热时间以3 h为最佳,产气量比对照组提高了107.9%。水浴加热温度以100℃为最佳,产气量比对照组提高了115.8%。[结论]稀碱法预处理对秸秆厌氧发酵产气效果有明显的促进作用。[Objective] The research aimed to obtain the stalk pretreatment method with better effect of biogas production.[Method] Though single factor analysis of alkali pretreatment,the effects of NaOH concentration,water bath time and water bath temperature in the alkali pretreatment on the biogas production of rice stalk in the anaerobic fermentation were investigated.[Result] When NaOH concentration was 6%,the biogas production effect of stalk in the anaerobic fermentation was better and its biogas production increased 110% than untreated stalk(control group).When the water bath time was 3 h,the biogas production effect of stalk in the anaerobic fermentation was better and its biogas production increased 107.9% than control group.When the water bath temperature was 100 ℃,the biogas production effect of stalk in the anaerobic fermentation was better and its biogas production increased 115.8% than control group.[Conclusion] Alkali pretreatment has obvious promotion effects on the biogas production of stalk in the anaerobic fermentation.
