摘　　要：在大洞山新农村建设BOT模式下,通过阐述乡村旅游基地的项目融资、商业用地取得方式、"公司+农户"经营模式、利益分配等方面内容,构建了大洞山新农村旅游基地运营机制,以期为大洞山乡村旅游开发提供针对性指导。Based on the BOT Model of new rural construction of Dadongshan Mountain,the operation system of rural tourist sites of Dadongshan Mountain in Xuzhou was constructed through the aspects of the finance of rural tourism base,the acquisition modes of commercial land,the operation of ＂company＋farmer＂ mode,interests and so on.
