摘 要:[目的]为蓝点笛鲷人工育苗中药物的施用提供参考。[方法]采用半静水法生物测试,研究Cu2+、Zn2+对蓝点笛鲷急性毒性及联合毒性。[结果]Cu2+的安全浓度为0.103 8 mg/L;Zn2+的安全浓度为3.347 8 mg/L。Cu2+对蓝点笛鲷幼鱼24和48 h的LC50分别为0.422 3、15.888 5 mg/L;Zn2+对蓝点笛鲷幼鱼24和48 h的LC50分别为0.395 2、14.123 2 mg/L。等毒性配比的2种重金属离子混合液对蓝点笛鲷幼鱼的毒性大于单一毒性。[结论]Cu2+为剧毒物质,Zn2+为低毒物质,两者混合表现为协同作用。[Objective]The aim of the study was to provide references for the application of medicines in the breeding of Lutjanus rivulatus.[Method]The acute toxicity and the joint toxicity of copper,zinc,alone and in combination to Lutjanus rivulatus was investigated with the static test method.[Result]The results showed that the safe concentrations of Cu2+ to Lutjanus rivulatus was 0.103 8 mg/L,and the safe concentrations of Zn2+ was 3.347 8 mg/L.The LC50 of 24 h and 48 h for copper were 0.422 3 and 0.395 2 mg/L respectively.And those for zinc were 15.888 5 and 14.123 2 mg/L respectively.The joint toxicity of Cu2+ and Zn2+on Lutjanus rivulatus was greater than predicted from the individual toxicities.[Conclusion] Cu2+ was drastic toxicant to Lutjanus rivulatus and Zn2+ was a low toxic.The joint toxicity caused synergetic action when Cu2+and Zn2+exist together.
